As a backbone in our organization, we facilitate and design processes which aim to reduce complexity and improve productivity so that our colleagues can focus on their actual work and drive innovations.
I am encouraged to show what I am capable of
Danfoss adapts to the fast-changing industry and technology and it gives me the possibility to demonstrate my strengths. I am in an environment where my manager encourages me to show what I am capable of and in which I enjoy working with my team. Though I am not an engineer, I am proud to help engineering tomorrow in my role as financial controller.
