It can happen with EKE 1P controller software (SW) 2.14 or older and if the controller is used with Application 2 as standalone driver (for example as valve driver with AK-CC55) or with Application 1 as extension module for AK-PC 572 but with User Defined valve. In both cases the recommendation is to update the controller to SW 2.15 or newer.
If EKE 1P is used as extension module for AK-PC 572 with a standard Danfoss valve, no further action is needed.
