Today Coca-Cola FEMSA in Maringá, Brazil produces no less than one million liters of Coca-Cola daily.
In this plant, Danfoss drives are crucial elements in controlling the speed of bottling line conveyers. In 2012 the plant entered a DrivePro® service agreement to improve bottling line performance. Since then it has made significant progress to achieve more reliability and availability of the bottling lines.
Coca-Cola FEMSA is the largest bottler of Coca-Cola products in the world, operating throughout Latin America and the Philippines. In Brazil, the Maringá site in Paraña state is one of 11 plants which serve more than 43% of consumers nationwide. This is the first soft drink producer in Brazil to obtain LEED sustainability certification, which stands for constant innovation, effective performance, and sustainable growth.
