The DST P140 pressure transmitter is designed to provide unrivaled accuracy, customization, reliability, durability, performance, and not least, digital possibilities in the liquid cooling data centers, water distribution, fire pump systems and air-compressor markets. MEMS technology, stainless-steel design, and a hermetically sealed media interface ensure that the transmitter can withstand even the harshest application environments. And, thanks to its diagnostics features and scalable electronics platform, the DST P140 is capable of automatic sensor failure detection – and can also scale sensor performance to the specific application and adapt to applications faster with "test-to-failure" methods and documentation.

NEW! The DST P140 with DIN plug combines precise MEMS‑based pressure monitoring with a compact, durable stainless‑steel design. Engineered for water systems, it withstands overloads up to 200 bar and ensures quick, hassle‑free installation.

NEW! The DST P140 FM SPEC TESTED (in progress) and UL 218 recognized pressure sensor delivers certified safety, high durability, and precise pressure monitoring for reliable fire pump control in critical FM 1321 and FM 1323 applications (for approved ranges and code numbers contact Danfoss).

Features and benefits

Precision

The DST P140 provides a +/- 2% Total Error Band across the application-focused temperature range. Custom calibration profiles can be adapted to suit application-specific requirements - supporting a more efficient superheat control as a result.
Reliability

Optimized product packaging of the MEMS sensor and the signal-conditioning electronics deliver excellent vibration resistance, thermal management properties and protection against moisture ingress.
Thorough testing

A "test-to-failure" method is an important part of the Danfoss product-development process, providing increased product-design and specification insight. This method also allows for faster optimization and testing, improving time-to-market.
Future-proof

The diagnostic capabilities (optional) of this transmitter will benefit customers today — saving on troubleshooting costs — and well into the future, as more and more products have integrated electronic capabilities.
