How to  Update software?

If the software in a controller requires an upgrade, use the following procedure:

1. Connect the Service Tool directly to the controller

2. Start the update function in the Service Tool - configuration

3. The update display is shown here:

4. Find the file containing the new software

5. Tick the ”Restore settings” box (after the update, the previous settings will be reused).

6. Press ”Start”.

New features for AK-PC 782 A / B with version 4.30:

• Integration of new ETS-5T stepper valve (for Vhp, Vrec, GenPI)
• Integration of Dry-Ice support from v4.15.07
• Solution for fast start of variable speed compressor, when using VSD safety
• Direct HR management (mainly used in North America):
  • Controlling via Shr4 when using V3sf.
  • Controlling via Shr8 when using V3hr.
  • Implementation of Delta-P control via P1/P2 source.
  • Implementation of S4 alarm trigger.
  • Implementation of S4 check limit.
  • Improved S2 check limit.

The current AK-PC 782A and AK-PC782B with software 4.10 or older can both be upgraded to the new SW version 4.30 if desired, by using the Service Tool. The upgrade is optional.
